Buy on Ghibli Park's own overseas ticket page, which links to Lawson Ticket and Klook. Day passes go on sale at 14:00 JST on the 10th, two months ahead: February 2027 opens on 10 December 2026. Premium (all five areas, with the famous buildings) costs ¥7,300 on weekdays and ¥7,800 at weekends for adults; Standard costs ¥3,300 or ¥3,800. One purchase is capped at six tickets, the named buyer must come and may be asked for a passport, and booked tickets can't be changed or refunded.

Adult prices (13 and over): Premium ¥7,300 on weekdays and ¥7,800 at weekends and on holidays; Standard ¥3,300 and ¥3,800.
Children: ages 4–12 pay half (Premium ¥3,650 or ¥3,900; Standard ¥1,650 or ¥1,900). Ages 0–3 go free and aren't counted in the party.
Service charge: added when tickets are issued; the overseas page doesn't state the amount.
Party rules: up to 6 tickets per purchase, and each ticket type once a month. Groups of 7 or more split into smaller groups, each with its own named applicant who attends. A passport may be checked.
Entry: with Premium, collect wristbands by 12:00, and the group enters its first area and Ghibli's Grand Warehouse together with the applicant. The Grand Warehouse is timed (on the hour 10:00–14:00 on weekdays, plus 9:00 at weekends), and you must enter within 1 hour.
Changes: no refunds, and no change of date, time, ticket type or number of tickets. Resale and transfer are prohibited.
Closing days: in November 2026 the 4th, 10th, 17th and 30th; in December 2026 the 1st to the 8th, the 15th, the 22nd and the 28th to the 31st; in January 2027 the 1st to the 3rd, the 5th, 12th, 19th and 26th; in February 2027 the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 24th.

Choose the pass and the purchase plan
You want Howl's Castle, Satsuki and Mei's House or the World Emporium: buy Premium. Standard doesn't include those buildings.
The Grand Warehouse is enough and you're on a budget: buy Standard. ¥3,300 on a weekday covers Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village and Valley of Witches.
A party of 1–6 (children aged 3 and under not counted): make one purchase with one applicant who attends. This is within the six-ticket cap.
A party of 7 or more: make two or more purchases, each by its own applicant who comes on the day, because one purchase is capped at six tickets.
The applicant might arrive late: make the applicant the person most certain to be there at opening. E-tickets can't be split so that others go ahead.
A weekend or holiday visit: budget the higher price, ¥500 more per adult on both passes.

Worked example: eight adults and a two-year-old on Wednesday 17 February 2027
1. Release: February tickets go on sale at 14:00 JST on Thursday 10 December 2026. That's 05:00 in London, 06:00 in Paris and Berlin, 00:00 (midnight, the same date) in New York and 16:00 in Sydney.
2. Day check: 17 February 2027 is a weekday and isn't on the Park's closure list (the 2nd, 9th, 16th and 24th are).
3. Split: eight adults exceed the six-ticket cap, and the two-year-old is free and isn't counted. Make two purchases of four and four, each by a different applicant who will attend with a passport.
4. Price, Premium on a weekday: 8 × ¥7,300 = ¥58,400, or ¥29,200 per group, plus the issuing service charge (its amount isn't stated on the overseas page). Standard: 8 × ¥3,300 = ¥26,400.
5. On the day: each group enters its first area with its applicant and collects wristbands by 12:00. Pick the same Grand Warehouse slot for both groups (say 11:00, entering by 12:00) so that everyone is together.
6. Release-day plan: both applicants sign in before 14:00 JST and buy at the same moment, so that one group doesn't sell out the date for the other.

Choose the day pass for the areas you want
Premium covers all five areas: Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Hill of Youth, Dondoko Forest, Mononoke Village and Valley of Witches. Standard covers Ghibli's Grand Warehouse, Mononoke Village and Valley of Witches. Neither pass is valid at the Ghibli Museum in Mitaka.
The Park's overseas page lists Lawson Ticket and Klook as sellers. Klook's total at checkout may differ; compare before you pay.

Party size, named applicant and ID
The overseas page limits a purchase to six tickets; children aged three or younger enter free and aren't counted. Groups of seven or more must split into smaller groups, each with its own applicant. The named applicant must attend, ID may be checked, so bring a passport.
With Premium, each group enters its first area and Ghibli's Grand Warehouse together with the applicant; wristbands then allow individual entry to the other areas. With Standard, the group enters each area together with the applicant. E-tickets can't be handed out to members separately.

Changes, transfers and refunds
Booked tickets can't be changed or refunded, and resale and transfer are prohibited. If the Park announces a closure, its notice says what happens to tickets for that day.
