eplus International / overseas visitors
eplus for foreigners: overseas purchase, payment and ticket delivery
Use eplus International from overseas without mixing it up with domestic eplus: confirm eligibility, payment, Track My Order, QR or 7-Eleven delivery, and event-day rules.
Short answer
eplus International is a separate booking route aimed at customers living overseas or using overseas-issued cards. The exact event page still controls eligibility, payment and delivery. After applying, use Track My Order to confirm whether an order exists before retrying a payment or relying on an email alone.
Start with the event’s eplus International sale, not the domestic eplus site
The International support site says its booking system is for customers who live overseas or only have cards issued overseas. That does not mean every Japanese event has an International sale, so the event’s official ticket link remains the first check.
Foreign-issued cards are accepted on the International route
The current International payment FAQ lists Visa, Mastercard, JCB and American Express cards issued in Japan or overseas, plus Alipay and WeChat Pay. The exact sale can still have its own payment and delivery conditions.
Check Track My Order before retrying an error
eplus says an application can still be confirmed even when an error page appears after the final purchase/apply action. Check Track My Order first; only retry when the application is not present there.
QR sharing is not the same as transferring or reselling a purchase
The International FAQ allows sharing eligible companion QR tickets for separate entry, while another FAQ prohibits resale, transfer and changing the purchaser name. Keep the delivery method and the event’s identity rules separate before sending a QR to someone else.
Official sources checked
Provider rules, timetables and sale conditions can change. Recheck the responsible operator before paying or relying on a cutoff.
