Haruru enjoyed her first Niku Azabu meal enough to return less than a month later. At a different branch, she found new pleasures in the same course and enjoyed the presentation of a meat cake.

The same course at a different branch
For her second visit, she ordered the same course at a different branch. Haruru felt there were small differences between the two experiences.
She liked the open, stylish feel of the restaurant and enjoyed the food. The return visit left her very satisfied.
A meat-cake presentation and sauces for each dish
Haruru wrote that the meat cake was presented with a sparkler while the restaurant lights were lowered for photographs. It was then taken away, dismantled and cooked. This was her first experience of that presentation, and she enjoyed it.
Her account describes a course beginning with meat sushi, with the meat cooked one slice at a time and served with different sauces. She felt the changing flavours suited the food and kept the meal enjoyable.
Memorable dishes and 「ライスボール」 towards the end
There were more dishes than she could include in her photographs. Her account names horse namerou, white senmai and beef-heart sashimi among those she remembered.
She also liked the sukiyaki-style dish she called 「ライスボール」 towards the end. The baked cheesecake dessert tasted good, but she was unable to finish it. She left thinking she would like to return every two or three months.
