Roast pork for year-end and a baking-time mistake
I prepared roast pork for the end of the year. It turned out tender and well flavoured, while a separate batch of baking didn't go quite as planned.

Tender, well-flavoured roast pork
I roasted the marinated pork in the oven, adding sauce and turning it as it cooked. I was pleased with how tender and well flavoured it turned out.
Accidentally using the previous day's baking time
With filling left over from baking a gift, I decided to make another batch for work. I accidentally used the same baking time as the large apple pie I had made the previous day, and was disappointed when it became a little burnt.
