Trying to recreate a remembered dish
Remembering the octopus dish from the PA, Haruru bought octopus sold for sashimi and tried recreating it.
The pieces became smaller after simmering. She still enjoyed the flavour with every bite and was pleased that everyone else liked the dish too.
An idea for another attempt
Haruru came away wanting to try it with a whole octopus next time. Enjoying this attempt gave her another idea to look forward to.
