Homemade yuzu kosho and its citrus fragrance
I made yuzu kosho at home. There was less grated peel than I expected, but the finished condiment had a lovely yuzu fragrance.

Less yuzu peel than expected
I began by grating the yuzu peel and found that the amount was smaller than I had anticipated. I also prepared green chillies as part of making the condiment.
Enjoying the fragrance of the finished condiment
I finished it by combining salt, the grated peel and green chillies in a food processor. I enjoyed the yuzu fragrance of the homemade condiment.
