Round vegetables in soup and onion labels on photographs
A photograph of a large round vegetable in liquid in a red bowl carries the words “onion” and “whole.” White pieces and small green pieces are visible on the surface. A dark-pot photograph shows two round vegetables surrounded by brown liquid and small bubbles.
Another orange bowl has white strips and fine green pieces over a round vegetable, with the words “bake in the oven” added to the image. This short note looks at the visible forms and words in each photograph.
