These notes look back on two lunches at VOLKS. I enjoyed both the double-cheese hamburger steak and the chicken cheese steak on a separate visit.

A double-cheese hamburger-steak lunch
The double-cheese hamburger steak was juicy, and I liked the arrabbiata sauce. On that occasion, there was also a salad bar and bread service, adding to the lunch.
Returning for chicken cheese steak
On another visit to VOLKS, I had chicken cheese steak, also with arrabbiata sauce. The chicken was tender, juicy and delicious.
