Returning for tantanmen, with shopping afterwards
Haruru wanted another bowl of the tantanmen she had enjoyed before. The second visit pleased her again, and taiyaki and bread purchases rounded off the holiday.

A second visit that still tasted good
She travelled by train because she wanted the tantanmen she had enjoyed on an earlier visit. A second visit can feel less exciting, she wrote, but this bowl still tasted delicious to her.
The bowl left her looking forward to returning again after some time.
Taiyaki, bread and a little wandering
She then bought her usual taiyaki and some naturally leavened bread recommended by a friend. A little wandering, food and shopping brought the three-day holiday to a close.
