Plenty of vegetables and chicken from STAUB cookware
She described a salad made with vegetables from Atsugi, including plenty of raw garland chrysanthemum. Ratatouille and a marinade of onion, tomato and barley also appear in her account. She particularly enjoyed the chicken made with STAUB cookware.
A setting she liked and a wish to return
Other dishes, including curry, were on the menu at the time. She liked the atmosphere as well as the food and left wanting to return.
