Bread with small flags and potatoes in a metal bucket
Scenes recorded in the photographs.
A photograph shows six small square bread portions on a wooden board, with yellow layers, pale round pieces and brown pieces visible. Two flags read The PLACE. The same wording appears on a flag in another photograph of a large round sandwich.
A separate photograph shows thick golden potatoes piled high in a small metal bucket lined with paper. Dark fragments cling to the surface, and a small vessel of pale sauce-like food sits behind it. The photographs preserve the shapes and presentation of the bread and potatoes.
