A hamburg steak lunch after rain changed the plan
Rain cancelled the sports day planned for Saturday. Haruru changed the plan and shared lunch at a recommended hamburg steak restaurant.

Changing the plan for a recommended lunch
With the sports day cancelled, they decided to enjoy lunch together instead. Haruru recalled finding a queue already waiting when they arrived at half past eleven.
There were many choices. She settled on a hamburg steak with cheese and demi-glace sauce, topped with a fried egg. In her account, the meal lived up to the anticipation of waiting for it.
Enjoying the rice, then more conversation
She put a quail egg on her rice and enjoyed its vivid orange yolk and rich flavour. She liked the rice itself too and had another serving on that visit.
Conversation continued after the meal, with memories of the Showa era giving them plenty to talk about. The changed plan still became an enjoyable Saturday.
