A third annual birthday meal at Niku Azabu

For a third consecutive year, Haruru went to Niku Azabu for a birthday celebration. Visiting once a year kept the meal special for her, and she was delighted by the food again.

A birthday course with a meat cake

She had booked the Celeb Omakase Course with a meat cake and an all-you-can-drink option. The cake-shaped arrangement of meat sat on a plate decorated with a birthday message.

The course was part of this celebration’s reservation, and the photographs show a selection of the dishes from that evening.

The staff grilled the dishes for her, one by one. Each came with a different sauce, and she enjoyed every one of them.

She could not fit all the dishes into the ten photographs in her account, so she chose a selection. The meal included more than the plates pictured.

A familiar ending to the celebration

As on earlier visits, she was full before she could finish dessert. The sweet photographed at the end was part of the meal, though she did not eat it all.

She finished with a wish for the following year: to be well and celebrate there again.
