A reunion after more than ten years, at Sushi no Wakusei in Musashikosugi
After more than ten years apart, Haruru and her companion recognised each other straight away. They ate and drank at Sushi no Wakusei in Musashikosugi, then went to karaoke. The long gap seemed to disappear during a happy, nostalgic outing.

Recognising each other immediately
Although Haruru felt they had both grown older, they recognised each other at once. The reunion began without the sense of a long break.
Food and a memorable Blue Hawaii sour
Haruru enjoyed eating and drinking together. She took few photographs, but remembered the taste of the Blue Hawaii sour.
To her, it tasted like shaved ice after it had melted, almost making her wonder whether it was an alcoholic drink. That was her own impression of its flavour.
Familiar songs and a wish to meet again
After the meal, they went to karaoke and enjoyed songs from the past. Time passed quickly, and Haruru felt almost as though they had travelled back in time.
She hoped they would not leave such a long gap next time, and wanted to plan occasional drinks together. The happy reunion left her thinking about another meeting.
