Back at Midori Sushi, with chūtoro worth the wait
After some time away, Haruru.1002 returned to Midori Sushi. She singled out the chūtoro as especially delicious, making the tuna the clearest memory of this sushi meal.

The chūtoro stood out
She wrote about hon-maguro and how much she enjoyed the chūtoro. Her collage includes several plates of sushi and the restaurant’s sign.
A meal with several dishes
Her account also listed egg nigiri, chawanmushi, crab-miso salad and crab soup with the meal. She felt it was worth eating even if it meant waiting in line. That was her own response to this return visit.
