One bite helped her understand the recommendation
She went to Jimantei near Musashi-Shinjo Station for the soft yakisoba her friend had recommended. She added the spicy sauce gradually as she ate.
She enjoyed it from the first bite. It was unlike yakisoba she had tried before, and she wanted another friend to try it too. She hoped to return.
Gelato next, though she forgot the photo
She had gelato afterwards, though she forgot to photograph it. It was another food stop in her account of the day.
Returning to Horumon Dojo that evening
That evening she returned to Horumon Dojo after a while. She recorded having offal dishes and a four-part assortment, but was too full to eat as much as she had wanted.
She remembered a warm Sunday that had felt almost hot, and a day she had enjoyed.
