A jar-salad lunch and sushi with a friend

Lunch brought jar salad, pasta and tea chiffon cake. In the evening, Haruru enjoyed sushi with a friend she had not seen for some time. Both meals left her happily full.

Salad from a jar to a bowl

At lunch, she packed plenty of salad into a jar and transferred it to a bowl to eat. She found the olives, peppers and other ingredients fresh and delicious.

There were three dressings on that occasion. Having plenty of salad was a memorable part of lunch.

Sakura-shrimp pasta and tea chiffon cake

She had sakura-shrimp peperoncino, followed by tea chiffon cake for dessert.

By the end of lunch, she was full and laughed about having eaten too much.

Sushi with a friend in the evening

In the evening, she went to a sushi restaurant with a friend she had not seen for some time. She enjoyed a set that she felt offered good value.

She wrote that she had eaten too much again that evening. Lunch and dinner each gave her plenty to enjoy.
