Lunch with the usual three and a Christmas pause in Shinjuku

Haruru and her usual group of three went to a lunch buffet at Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku. There was more to try than she could finish. Afterwards, she rested on a sofa and enjoyed the hotel’s Christmas atmosphere.

A visit to Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku

On this occasion, Haruru and her usual group of three went to Hyatt Regency in Shinjuku for a lunch buffet.

An exterior photograph shows a tall building with rows of windows and the words “HYATT REGENCY TOKYO,” adding a view of the building to the account.

Plenty she wanted to try

Haruru wrote that there was so much food that she could not try everything. Her brief account remembers the variety available at lunch.

The photographic record includes mixed plates with leafy greens, a yellow dish, short pasta, sliced foods and a plate of small sweets, showing both savoury food and sweet selections.

Resting in the seasonal atmosphere

After lunch, she rested on a hotel sofa and remarked on how full of Christmas atmosphere the hotel felt.

An interior photograph shows large chandeliers and a blue decorative panel. She planned to spend a little more time browsing before heading home.
