Even after repeated explanations, Haruru struggled to understand the game and kept falling off. Mario Party proved a challenge for her that morning.
She appreciated the patient effort to teach her. When it was time to go out, the conversation turned to playing again that evening.
Enjoying the breakfast she had anticipated
Haruru had been looking forward to the breakfast buffet. A friend had cautioned her not to eat too much so early, but she reflected that she had once again overdone it.
