A meal with a close friend, then hot springs and plum blossoms

After a busy stretch that had made it hard to meet, Haruru spent a Sunday catching up with a close friend. A leisurely meal was followed by a hot spring and a ganbanyoku session, with plum blossoms at the entrance adding another memory.

From haruru.1002’s past accounts.

Catching up over a meal

Haruru and her close friend had been too busy to meet often. Over the meal, they took their time talking about what had happened while they were apart. Although it had been a while, being together felt familiar, comforting and fun.

Choosing the restaurant had taken some thought. Afterwards, Haruru was glad of her choice: she liked the atmosphere and the food, and they had been able to relax without rushing.

Hot springs afterwards, with blossoms at the entrance

After the meal, she went to a hot spring and enjoyed ganbanyoku, something she had not done for a while. The outing continued with more time to unwind.

Plum blossoms were flowering at the entrance. Seeing them made her feel that spring was close, leaving a small seasonal memory of that Sunday.

A closing note about snow

The account closes with Haruru’s surprise at snow on the previous two days. That weather note sits beside her memory of seeing the plum blossoms and feeling that spring was close.
