A birthday yakiniku meal with her daughters, followed by coffee and laughter

Haruru's two daughters celebrated her birthday with a yakiniku meal at a place she had wanted to try. With the three sharing similar tastes, they enjoyed the food together. Conversation and laughter continued over coffee afterwards.

Celebrating at a place she had wanted to try

Haruru went with her two daughters to a yakiniku restaurant she had seen on Instagram and wanted to try. The meal was their birthday celebration for her.

She remembered the food looking good and enjoying everything they ate.

Sharing the same tastes and excitement

The three had similar food preferences, so they shared the same excitement over the meal.

Haruru described the wagyu yukke as her favourite of those she had tried. She also remembered the tender beef tongue and enjoying the white senmai and kalbi. It left them wanting to return.

More conversation and laughter after the meal

After the meal, they went to Starbucks, where Haruru used a birthday gift. The three talked plenty and laughed together.

She appreciated being able to share stories and hear each other's thoughts. Gratitude to her daughters accompanied her memory of that happy time.
