Lunch in Bashamichi, shopping and sushi that evening

I had lunch in Bashamichi in Yokohama, then browsed the shops. A café break and sushi that evening made it a full day out.

From haruru.1002’s past accounts.

A meat platter and a beef-tongue lunch

At a meat bar, I enjoyed a meat platter and a beef-tongue lunch. It was the first meal of a day spent enjoying both food and shopping.

A long row of lemon slices and a café break

The frozen-lemon sour surprised me with its long row of lemon slices. I wondered how to drink it, then realised I could halve the row and put it in the glass. I also took a break at Renoir, which felt nostalgic.

Finishing with conveyor-belt sushi at Midori Sushi

That evening I went to Midori Sushi for conveyor-belt sushi. I had turban-shell sashimi and several other plates, finding the meal tasty and good value. Food, drinks and shopping made it a satisfying day.
