Curry after a wait of about an hour
After arriving in Aichi, she headed straight to a popular curry restaurant. She waited about an hour, only to find the most popular curry already sold out.
She still enjoyed the other curries very much, remembering a rich sauce and flavours that seemed to her to involve several spices.
An evening hamburg steak that fell short of her hopes
In the evening, she visited a popular hamburg steak restaurant that had recently opened. On that occasion, she waited two hours and ordered a tasting set.
She wondered whether its smaller size explained why it lacked the rare texture she had expected. It seemed a little burnt to her and did not give her the excitement she had hoped for.
A sweet moment at home
