Dish labels and the Hakutozan sign

A metal-plate photograph carries the words “Hakutozan” and “Horumon for the first time.” Separate plate photographs are labelled “Beef tongue” and “Harami.” Close views of food on a grill and a bowl labelled “Bibimbap” also remain.

A shopfront photograph shows the Hakutozan sign and a note about a yakiniku restaurant visited whenever in Aichi. The record preserves the shopfront as well as the meal photographs.
